Debbie Cleary (BAHons) - Director

Debbie set up Clear Marketing International in Jan 2004 having worked as Senior Product and Contracts Manager for British Airways Holidays and Thomas Cook Signature. Responsible for the overall running of the company and for driving sales and marketing activities as well as personally overseeing relationship management for key clients in the UK and Europe.

Kerrie Bartholomew - Sales and Marketing Manager

Kerrie joined us in 2013 after spending five years working in the cruise industry. Responsible for the Account Management of our luxury hotel clients, Kerrie provides support to Tour Operators and makes marketing and event recommendations. Kerrie provides product training, markets our hotels within the UK & European markets, represents our hotel clients at Caribbean Tourist Board events as well as attending industry shows and exhibitions and manages Clear Marketing's social media channels.

Sam Newman - Office Manger

Sam joined us in 2013 bringing with her an extensive travel background. Sam's previous roles include working for a large Tour Operator and a cruise line with a solid Admin, Operational and Customer Service background. Sam is responsible for the smooth running of the Clear Marketing office including answering our phones, providing assistance and support for events, managing office e-mails as well as issuing special/tactical offers for our hotel clients.

Andrew Hillier - Agency Sales Manager

Andrew has had a wealth of experience working both overseas and in the UK for major Tour Operators, hotel representation companies and Caribbean tourist boards. Andrew manages our relationship with the travel agents and is primarily out on the road conducting sales trips, training visits and hosting FAM trips and agent events on behalf of all our hotels.

Natasha Eshghipour - Account Executive

Tash joined us in 2015 with a vast travel background including experience within a representation company and Tour Operators. Tash provides day-to-day account support to four of our hotel clients. Tash makes suggestions on marketing activity, compiles stats and rate comparisons as well as conducting content accuracy checks in brochures and online. Tash also provides product training and represents these hotels at consumer and trade events.

Charlotte Temple - Sales & Marketing Executive

Charlotte joined us in 2015 after working for Titan Travel. Charlotte is responsible for fulfilling direct reservations for The BodyHoliday, Rendezvous and Sugar Beach- a Viceroy Resort. Charlotte also manages brochure fulfilment as well as responding to queries generated through the Sunswept resorts websites. Charlotte provides travel agent and interline quotes as well as assisting with day-to-day queries for all hotel clients by being part of the full-time office staff at Clear Marketing.
