    CMI have an office based in Horsham, West Sussex, approximately 45 mins by train from London and close to most of the larger UK tour operators such as Kuoni, BAHolidays, TUI, Virgin Holidays, Caribtours, Trailfinders, W&O etc. The office is only 20 minutes from Gatwick Airport giving easy access to the North West region for the remaining luxury tour operators.
  • Sales, Marketing and Contract Negotiation with UK and European tour operators.
    We offer consultation on the setting of the annual net tour operator rates based on the current UK market as well an analysis of the tour operator pricing and competitor hotel pricing to best advise on both brochure and tactical pricing.

    We are able to take reservations for direct clients in our Horsham based office and offer a highly personalised, dedicated service to our direct clients.

It was with this in mind that over the last few years years we have organised a series of consumer events for each of our clients. Using a blend of advertorial and advertising and working very closely with chosen tour operator partners we been delighted with the success we have seen.

Talking directly to consumers is essential not only to promote our resorts but to find out what our consumers are looking for. Targeted consumer shows are the perfect way to reach a high number of clients in a short space of time. Our vast experience ensures that we choose shows that we know will perfectly match our clients target audience.

We have exhibited at various consumer shows including a number of Wedding shows such as the Designer Wedding Show, Tatton Park and the National Wedding Show. Lifestyle shows including the Luxury Travel Show, Destinations, The Spa Show, Dive Shows, Polo events and much more. We know too that exhibiting itself is not enough - using our usual creative approach we ensure that no one leaves a show with out experiencing what we have to offer - whether that is a Caribbean Steel Pan band, a trained massage therapist of even a chef conjuring up local delicacies to tempt passers by - we know how to make a splash and to achieve maximum impact for you.

We have organised and hosted several fam trips to our client's portfolio of hotels, as well as help organise tour operator and tourist board fam trips.
